92 325i, hard line to master cylinder connection

Postby Jl420 on Fri Feb 05, 2010 10:19 pm

I did the auto to manual swap and it ran fine for a few months.when I was driving it the hard line came out of the master cylinder. There is no threads, and if I just put it in it slips out when pressure is built back up. Is there a clip? Where does it go? Please help!

A jubilee clip

is what you need on it, there should really be a shoulder on the male side of the connection. Make sure to check that it has'nt broken off and sitting in the tube somewhere.
