Well this is a strange one, standard from the Bayern factory, it had M-tec suspesion (which i've changed now, lowerd 30/40), M-tec blue print ecu chip, and the water pump broke a while ago and the standard 325i M50 pump did not fit nor did an M3 one, the only one to fit was the M3 Evo pump, so am not sure wot it is but it's extremely quick..

Just changed headlights, fogs. Oh, new emblems too. Maybe will do something about those corners... perhaps new ones.. in .... amber :lol:

Well, interiors had been restored but I don't have photos of that. A friend I work with took these for me.

Rims are about the only thing 'tuned' here. I swapped 15" style 14s with nicer 16" style 30s just because I really hate style 14.

Ok ok... angel eyes and HID projectors too but that was expected.

Don't believe me about those style 14s and about the headlights/fogs? See for yourself.

Hey all! I'm new here..Just wanted to introduce myself n say hi! I look forward to learning about an e36 and contributing to the forum. I drive an e46 318i 01 model and I have just bought a "brilliant red" e36 316i 98 model! I have wanted one for years and am happy to say I now have one. I wanted one that was stock standard in good nic. It was not a bargain but I think its a great car in great condition. If I can figure out how to attach pics I will.

She has 160000 kms and was owned by a lady driver who kept the car garadged at home and work.

My plans to start with are to reupholster the seats with good black leather with red double stitching. I need to upgrade the exhaust pipe and, when I get some more cash, buy some better bmw rims. Later I would like to install a motorsport body kit. I want everything to be factory std bmw stuff.

Any suggestions on where else needs attention, advice would be appreciated.

Oh and, any other People from Cape Town, South Africa on this forum? Cheers!! (my picture files are too big-will figure it out and post them up)

Sounds like you got a nice set of wheels there.

I have driven several E36 M3's but am new to the other models (incl my own 316i)

Anyway, we gotta show these Ausies we can ride as well as we play rugby! 8-)
