323i Convertible Defogger

Rear window defogger fan not working,light comes on on switch but no heat,any ideas please.

Have you checked all the fuses and wiring connections then get a multimeter and check power is getting to the fan motor.
A cheap multimeter is invaluable when trying to fix electrical probs and they can be very cheap
