325i @ 92 ... cant turn off hazard lights.

Hi guys.

got my self abit of trouble here. battery was dead in my old 325i from 92. so i changed it.. problem is. alarm went off with hazard lights as soon i connected the new battery and i cant seem to do anything to make it stop. beside removing the relay but then again.. ppl wont know witch way i'd like to move next time i have to turn..

ive googled abit and it seems others have the same problem. but never saw any solution hmm.

Hope someone out there knows what to do.

Ok. figured what was wrong. aparrently there is a crash alarm... that set of the hazard if your in an accident. (can be set of by a hard hit or even brake at some point)

It's placed right under the stearing wheel. changed it. problem solved. hazard lights works as it was ment to
