Air condioner affects my idling switch

I need assistance with some akward question. Everytime I switch on the airconditioner (on Cold) for over 30 minute, my next start will be a hard one, the engine cranks longer than usual before it picks up. The kind of crank you have as if your crank/pickup sensor is dead.
