Any updates on the dreaded rattle?

As anybody heard of any new answers to the dreaded noisy lifters problem?

I've seen the previous post and replys,but has anyone found the definitive answer yet to what appears to be a very common problem?
I'm looking to cure it myself by a proccess of elimination using other peoples ideas and scanning all other information on line.
So,let me know if you have an answer and watch this post for information from me.
