Blowers won't work

Hiya

Can anyone help? My blowers will only blow towards me, the blower on the windscreen and footwell do not work even if I have them set to blow there. Does anyone know what the problem is? I've heard it could be fuse 50 or the FSU. Any help will be appreciated.
