Blue angel eyes.

Postby koaster on Fri Jun 05, 2009 3:11 pm

Hey there people I'm new here so forgive me if i post in the wrong discussion board.

Okay,
recently I was thinking of getting angel eyes and projector lights on my 1998 E36 M3, so i was thinking of getting this

This is a god kit and can be found at http://www.mytightride.com/bmwe36194doe.html and would look something like this

but the problem is I want a little bit of spice and wanted something like this .
My question is how hard would it be to take out the clear angel eyes from the kit and replace them with blue ones from ebay?

Any suggestion would be fine, thanks in advance... :D

Please don't. IMHO these don't look good, and the projector probably is of the worst quality. Good lighting is both style and function. Just get DEPOs with some LED angel eyes... Umnitza has some nice ones. They have blue angel eyes if you want that colour... But again, IMHO, pure white (6000k) or slight amber (4300k 'OEM colour') or full amber (3000k) halos are the best option (also blue and red are illegal in the front of the car in most countries).

I see you want black headlights... that is good. Avoid chrome headlights at all costs. You have a BMW, don't turn it into a Fiat, for the love of God

I totally agree with Javier.
I used to have the Chrome version and the Black version of the lights in your post.
The Chrome ones are totally crap..the black ones are slightly better ...the halos are crapola  and look nothing like you posted in the 2nd pic.
The Umnitzas are best buy..and accordingly priced as such  ...you might wanna check out the xenon ccfl rings ..i have those now and are great!
Or if you are looking for total package lamps..try Inpro or Depo

grtz Mike
