hi i have a 316i coupe,does anyone know if it is posible to remove piston from brake caliper and refit as mine seems to be seased.any advice would be helpfull thanks

Yea if you get a ''G'' clamp and push the piston all the way back in, refit and then pump breaks, it this hasnt solved it then you can try pull the piston out and give it and the inside of the piston housing in the caliper a good cleaning. But be careful when removing the piston, dont damage the sides of it or you might aswel throw it in the bin!
