braking problem

hi guys,i have a huge prob n need help asap,i hav a 96 318,evrytin on the car is fine besides one thing,as im braking i hear a loud noise n can feel movement from the brake pedal..the noise only comes on as im about to dead stop,my discs n pads r still in good condition,any advise?
