Postby itsae36 on Sat Aug 24, 2013 7:00 am

hi im new to bmw got no idea, i was driving and all four breaks locked up on me and wont release. I'm guessing its an abs pump but not sure when i bought the car dash light would come on and then the car would feel like it was being held back a lot i changed the rear disks with oem disks last week cause the disks were worn really bad and a fue days later the breaks decided to lock up and cause i was still driving the sensor rear right is melted any one able to help me with an idea of a DIY. I'm driving and E36 1993

I had never heard of ABS locking up the brakes, but I guess there are a lot if things I haven't heard of. Google it. There are a couple articles on it...one on bimmerworld.
