Car dies at 3000rpm

Hello everyone

I have a bmw 316i compact from 96' with 150m/kms..Recently my car have a problem,starts well but when i accelarate him can't pass off 3000rpm riding or even stoped with no gear,even with the accelarating pedal in the bottom...Someone can help me,can be from ignition candles or something???seems like its limitated -.-'
