clutch pipe

Postby marka101 on Wed Nov 12, 2008 5:31 pm

Hi everybody
I find it hard to get into gear and the bitting point is about 1 " from the floor
ive read other forums and come across an issue of the clutch pipe failing resulting in said problem,
It was advised to replace with braided cable, but the only cable I can find is for an M3 and I have 328i.
Does anybody know if it will fit ,how hard to fit and if im right about the cable fault in the first place ?
