DRL DIY NEEDED ASAP!Please

I just bought a 1995 e36 m3 coupe last night and I need to know how to do the DRL's asap as I have to get the car inspected to get it plated here in Canada. Its a U.S car.

Please let me know guys id really appreciate it.

Buy the DRL module and replace the hight beam relay with it?
