e36 325i engine into a e36 318..?

I have a bmw e36 325i which had a front engine smash and even if i fixed the front end it wouldnt be as strong as it used to be. I allso have a 318 bmw which the spark plug broke off in the engine and snaped the pully.
Is it possible to remove the 318 engine and use the 325i engine and other parts to make up one whole car.

Any help you can give would be great. Miss the rear wheel action..
