i have had this issue but as last post said stabbing in the darkl a little.
however most injection engines of this age are too well built. let me explain. the fuel/air intake seals are really well built and do not allow seepage, this means unlike carb engines you do not need to start it at least once a week to keep the engine from seeping in to much moisture from the air.
what i found might help but i doubt it...
before you turn over the engine put the cars ingition on, put the drive pedle to the floor and bring it back up. this will releise the valvue. then tick over for a few secounds with drive pedel half way down. if engine starts rev for about 1 secound and then leave it to tick over. this model has a rev inhancer if i remember correct. this means when it has started you will not need to keep reving it as it will know if it is about to cut out and rev itsself...
