What sort of noise is this?
There are all kinds of noises for different reasons, such as a scraping/grinding sound could be from a wheel bearing, a low humming might be a tyre rubbing against the body work, or a clonking might be the CV joints on the way out

Your gonna have to jack up the car and have a look under it. As greemble says, it could be for many many of reasons. Plenty of stuff going on behind any of the wheels.

thanks for the replys lads. its a grinding, grunching noise but its only when i excelerate through a bend. if i free flow through a bend its not there. the guy tha done the rear springs said it could be a bearing, but some one else said it was a bushing and was quite commin on the e36. iam also looking for a passenger side fog light if anyone could help as someones robbed mine. thanks again for the help.
