electric windows problem

Hello everybody!!
I would like to ask you for help . My car is E36 318 92' sedan
It is without el. windows but previous owner add el windows on front doors. Now I want to add another one on rear doors too. I bought switches but they are from newer model with that system '' window and central locking control '' or... something.. I can find that system but it is to hard to connect everything. Two of switches are white and other are green? Is it possible to use taht white kind of switches for my home made el. system on my rear doors el. windows? Or I have to find the old kind with the bigger pins?
