error codes?

Hi all,
New to this forum, so hello everybody.
Have had the car on a diagnostic today and the following codes came up.50 and 216.I am told this is throttle actuator and mechanical system defective.Can anyone confirm and interprit this. :?:

Assuming your motor is a M52B25 you computer will be MS41 in the list.
