Faded body panels...

Hey! I am now the owner of a 1998 328i Sedan that is in great running condition! Only 98k miles!!! The only issue i see with it is that the rear bumper and side skirts are beginning to fade. The car was garage kept it's entire life, but seeing as my parent's cars take up all 3 bays, my 328 is left outside. I'm trying to find the best way, if any, of restoring the bright red it used to have. I would very much NOT like to paint it. Too costly! I'm on a 17 year old's budget here folks! Thanks!
