Glove box tourch

Hi,

I recently purchased a really good condition 96 316se but the tourch isnt working! I have checked the bulb and it is fine but also the glove box light is out too. So my question is

1. Are the 2 in the same wiring circuit
2. Is the charger easy to check for power supply
3. What fuses control the charger and g/b light?
