Does anybody know where I can get an owners handbook for my 1994 BMw 325i E36 convertable. I was promissed the original when I purchased the car but the dealer has failed to come up with it and now says it has been lost together with and the full service history! I have downloaded the workshop manual but that does not cover things like operating the computer etc which the owners handbook would. Has anyone got any ideas?

You got ripped off im afraid. You need to report that sales garage to the relavent authorities as he has sold that car to you under false pretenses. If he said that car came with a full BMW service history then you can ring BMW and give them your reg and they will give you a copy of the service history. Under the law (depending on what country your in) you will be entitled to either a full refund of the car or else a cash equivilent to a car with no service history.

As to the handbook download, i dont know where you would find it.

The safety features include heavier, strengthened body-structure, plus a built-in A-pillar roll bar and an automatically deploying rollover protection system located behind the rear seats, plus pre-tensioning 3- point seat belts. The 189 horsepower straight-six engine and its four- speed automatic/manual transmission presents the driver with many more options are available.
