Health Tips for Women...

Hello...
You should drink lots of water. At least 8 -12 glasses of water consumption should be done by an adult. Develop a healthy eating habit and live more on fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and food rich in fiber, shoots, seeds and cereals. Increase your protein intake and also have more of carbohydrate in your diet.You should do some, yoga, exercises and work out a daily basis, so that you can stay in shape as well as fit and healthy.

Well i think its good for men also.I go for jogging everyday and have a healthy diet.I try to avoid fired foods as much as i can.And i do exercise regularly.

I don't eat any ready made meals, i eat quite alot but everything i eat is fresh. I wouldn't be a huge gym fan but would do a bit of weight lighting at home every now and then and jog maybe twice a week. Im 6foot2 and a shade over 13stone (185pounds) iv got next to no fat on my body and thats been my way of life the last 4 or 5 years.
Im convinced that eating fresh food is the key to weight control.
The ONLY Hellrot Red 323 in the world, emmm except for the other few thousand dotted around the world.

Its looks good that people now has become so health conscious.Its really very good.I have freshly cooked food.Love to have lots of fruits,and vegetables.Go to gym regularly.

Increase your intake of protein and also have more carbohydrates in your diet. Diet rich in calcium is also essential for women because they tend to suffer much of osteoporosis after menopause. You should do some yoga exercises and work on a daily basis, so you can stay fit and healthy and fit. These will surely help you stay active for a long period.

Well, most of the women prefer for the size zero figure and due to loosing too much weight there is reduce the energy and stamina power from the body. So, there is required to maintain all the nutritions to maintain the health.

Its very important care of women when she's in pregnant.I think that time they must have to control in the eat any kind of food and some alcoholic product because of its very dangerous for them up coming child.

Establish a regular exercise program. Regular active exercise is about as good eating habits, if you want to get healthy and remain so important. Know that sports does not need to be too tight. To stay in shape, all really need is about half an hour of physical exercise for an hour five days a week. To a brisk walk around the block is more than enough.
