Hi Guys,

I'm after a new car and thinking of a 325/8 coupe. I'm new to this forum. . . can anyone help where the best place is to look? I havent got a great budget at all. I have a VW Corrado at the moment, would consider a swap with a bit of cash.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Rich

Where in the world are you?
Whats your budget?
Whats your corrado's condition, engine, year and rough value?

Hi,
I'm in the Midlands, just North of Birmingham.
The Corrado is a 91, 1.8 16v in white (RARE). Had the engine out over the winter and replaced around £300 worth of parts. Needs a little work doing but nothing major. e.g, passenger door handle needs replacing, slight wobble in steering wheel between 50-60mph (wheels need ballancing).
It is lowered 50mm, 17" alloys, Clear Rear lights, HID headlights, Stainless Exhaust, Black bumper strips removed, Colour coded grill. Value around £1,500 - £1,800. Mint looking car.
Budget is around same value as car.
Cheers,
Rich

I bought my mint condition, hellrot red 323 coupe in newry for 1100sterling. Cost almost the same to reregister it down here in the south.
Iv also a few friends that go across the pond and bring a few bmws across here to sell.
Your best bet, cause the e36 is so well built and reliable you can get decent cond ones in autotrader and cbg. I bought mine for next to nothing 5months ago and iv still not had to do any major repairs to it. Check out car auctions aswel, iv picked up a few gems at them, as long as you know what to look for.
Hope it helps.
