Hey guys so I found this on Craigslist and I am not sure whether it is worth the asking price of $7300 CAD.

The ad says that it is a Japan import.
What are the differences between a Japan spec BMW and a Canadian spec BMW? But the pictures show that the car is LHD...

How much would you pay for this?
I checked on KBB and it says this car is worth $5210 USD which converts to $6,711.77 CAD

Hi, I Think 5k (UsD) Would Be About Right During Good Times, But Right Now I'd Say It would Be Crazy To Pay Over $4700. At Least Where I Come From.

It's funny how countries differ on what they'll pay for cars. Here in Australia(at the current exchange rate) it'd nearly be a bargain at twice that. Here you'd probably be looking at 11-12K CAD for that car.

Haha that's what I thought so too...a little overpriced.

Wow VMZ I feel for ya...and here I was jealous of the prices of cars in the US lol

But is there a difference between a Japan imported BMW and a Ca/Us spec BMW?

The main difference between a Japanese import and a us/can would be the jap has the wheel thingy and peddles on the right side and US has them on the wrong side(left).
This car in new zealand would be around the $NZ8000 or us$5000 approx and that may be a little high.
