Hi,

My steering rack has a intermittent leak where the left tie rod exits the rack. The rubber boot is wet. Is it possible to remove the boot and replace some seals or do I have to replace the rack?

If you're mechanical capable, yes, you can just put new seals into it.

There's no genuine seal kit to my knowledge but you can just pull it apart and read the numbers on the seals and get them at your local bearing shop or online.
The other option is just grab a whole kit:
