Making a noise like a belt slipping

hey, when i put the car in full lock and turn it makes a noise like a belt slipping. Then when i stop the car stalls ? any help ?

It stalls when you stop turning or stop moving?
The ONLY Hellrot Red 323 in the world, emmm except for the other few thousand dotted around the world.

stop moving. It doesn't judder either just cuts out ?

If you start the car will it idle normally before you rev it?

Yea it idles fine, just annoying when it stalls .... bugs me.
