MOISTURE IN OBC DISPLAY

In short, window was left open, and after a very windy and rainy night, the inside of my car was actually dripping wet inside, and I was left with an OBC display that is just one big blur now. I would appreciate any suggestions on how this can be fixed (if in fact it can be fixed). D

18 button display (10 buttons in the middle that say consump., temp, check, etc., 4 buttons on the left side that say 1000, 100, 10 and 1; and four buttons on the right side that say clock, date, memo and set/res?)

I had my 11 button display ''re-taped'' by a company I found on Ebay. I say ''re-taped'' because they sent me the printed circuit tape which joins the display to the computer side of things. frankly I found it too fiddly for me so sent everything to them and they sent it back all working. I wonder if you have water in the connections, open the OBCD box and have a look inside. it is not too hard to open just use care and logic when applying pressure to anything. Bon Chance as they say

I don't know what may be corrupted in the programming circuits due to this, but my suggestion is hair dryer on low or moderate setting, or parked in sun on hot day with very minor "crack" in front windows. Saved my radio that way once.
