obc problem

hi folks newbie here. i have a major problem with my obc i have just finished changing it from an 8 to an 18 but i cannot get the speed or mpg to work everything else is fine . i know its an old post but its driving me crackers :cry: somebody out there must have gone through this any help would make an old man very happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

i havent done the convertion but i think that you need to set it to your car.Go to your bmw ealer and ask for it or google it to find more out...i lost the link to give it to you..
