A re cap on my Gunson obd1 code scanner, Im getting some problems with my ASC Traction control at the mo and im not getting any fault codes coming up but there is clearly a fault So i asked my local bmw garage and its coz the code reader does not have a menu that goes to the abs system so it cant read abs asc codes only engine management codes so a bit disappointed about this just to let anyone know who may be wanting to by this code reader, I also believe that the Peake scanner cant read the abs codes if there is a fault, although apparently it does do the air bag codes. I have been looking on line for a BMW OBD1 ABS SCANNER for our e 36's but have yet to find one apart from one of these big laptop looking things that cost an arm and a leg about £400 to much for me. Be good if any of you locate a obd1 bmw dedicated scanner that reads the abs system to let us all know Im sure it would be greatly appreciated
