Hi ANTV welcome to the forum
According to BMW the interval is you never have to change the oil in the gearbox but changing the oil when you buy a car is always recomended so that you know that they are all good.

Thank U (there is a long discussion and arguing about that in our kz BMW club chat)! )) does it mean i can just check the level and add some (similar by color, but different manufacturer ...maybe some color label on the gearbox will help with it) if needed in case i am sure that her previous owner from Japan was good to her? )
thanx again!

Well I'm not sure what you mean by colour label but if your going to get it changed take it into the shop where it can be flushed properly (just draining the old out only removes about 1/2 the oil) and then you have piece of mind that it has been done properly. tO DO IT YOURSELF YOU NEED TO DRAIN IT AND TOP IT UP RUN THE MOTOR and repeat this at least 3 times so you end up going through a lot of expensive oil 3 litres for every litre you want to replace so thats why I say take it to the shop

ok! u know there is a sticker on the gearbox (it can be green, black, etc.) and as i was said its color say what type of oil to use... tell me if i am wrong) so may be the oil is ok then i will just add some similar orange-red (just different brand) to a normal level and thats it :?:
