Hi Guys im having trouble with my windows i got a 1992 e36 320 m50 motor e36

my power rearview mirrors worked until i changed them over to m3 ones and i stupidly crossed the wires by mistake and tried operating them , and now they wont work at all ...

also my power windows dont seem to work aswell , the buttons on the gear box where cut away when they were parting the car i bought new buttons and wired them correctly ..
when you turn on the headlights i know that the buttons have a orange tint to them when working correctly , but mine dont and they dont operate at all , the ones at the back have buttons directly on the doors and tried opening them from there and still nothing ...

have since rechecked my wires from where they were cut out .. change all , i mean all fuses with new ones and still nothing.. and both dnt work , the power rear view mirrors worked before and now dnt work. as my windows have not from the start.. this is my project car and im restoring it all by myselve since , but now im completely clueless and im writing to you the gurus for some help :) thnx in advance guys

alright , i digged into the car today some more ... i took out half the dash to try and get to the bloody problem. i remembered that they have sold the full-board computer and i replaced it without looking wondering if they pinched ( basically F*** up more s*** ) any more cables and voila behold the problem was that they probably wanted to cut the buttons with more cables attached to them and stupidly cut half of them and forgot and proceeded to cut lower .... man i was angry when i saw that i had to take out half the dash again to resolder ... well after all that windows are working again !!!! 8-)
so thats 1 problem solved ...

i do still need some help with the wing mirrors !
i will change the control button from the door cards tomorrow maybe that's where that problem is ..
