right blinker arrow on dash doesn't work

Was wondering if anybody knew why the right blinker light on my dash doesn't work. The light works fine on the out side of the car just the little green arrow doesn't light up.

Most likely a blown bulb in the instrument cluster. Remove cluster and replace the bulb
