slow throttle response

Postby dolachencov on Sun Mar 03, 2013 3:55 pm

Hi, i own a bmw e36 318is with a 325i engine swapped. the car starts and everything runs great except for my throttle response. i hit the gas and when i stop, the engine keeps revving and high rpm for a second or so. i can still use my car but when i shift its a little annoying. what could it be ?

Could be throttle sticking or dirty IAC. Give them a clean and see if there's a change.

TPS is another thing that could be causing it.
