hello everyone first post
i own a 1992 325i
bought it with only 110,000 on it and had to put a new head in.

Speakers are horrible in it and i need to replace them.
I read the article installing-stock-speaker-inside-your-BMW-e36-without-making-any-damages/, but whats the biggest speaker size that fits without having to cut anything? Sorry but i couldn't figure it out and is it worth changing out the speakers by your feet in the front?

Hey you can go onto ebay.com and search bmw e36 door speakers. you can find out what size they are. or just buy them off of ebay thats what i plan to do.

I have 51/4" componants in the front (no mods)
and 6x9's in the rear. using adaptor plates (bout 20 quid from ebay)
sounds awesome and didn't have to cut anything.

13cm in the front..you could always go bigger but then you would need to build your kickpanels yourself
In the back i have the 6x9 with adapter
