strange suspension problem???

when i bought the car i noticed to car was sitting lower on the rear driver side compared to the others. so i took it to my mechanic. he said that it is deffinatly lower on the rear driver side, but the starnge thing is the car is straight... nothing is missing, bent, broken

i decided to buy a set of spax shocks and springs to see if it was the suspension itself was at fault, but still its lower
does any one have any ideas??
