trouble on turn light

dear all,
can you help me to solve a trouble on turn light indicator of my 1995 e36 car.
when i switch on, either left or right turn indicator, both lights are flashing togheter, also in the dashboard both green are flashing. what i can ceck more to fix better the diagnosys? and than the solution? Thank you

you are right defkon99, i have replaced the relay with a new one two weeks ago and now it'is ok thanks
