unusual e36 1.8 cabriolet your views please

this is my first message on the e36 zone and I am looking for some information/advice on the following car I have recently taken in part exchange.
the car is a e36 cabriolet painted in a CHAMELON colour scheme,I am told it is a tvr finish and the colour flips between green purple and bronze.the colour change was done about 5 years ago and has stood up pretty well,the doors where stripped and painted as where the door shuts,I have been told by my painter that the materials at todays prices would come to 2000 pounds the total job being 4000.
The car is a 1996/n reg with 80,000 miles and full bmw service history,black mohair hood is electric in good condition and the screen has no splits,the wheels have been changed to after markets,as have the bumpers to m3 spec,interior is grey leather,4 electric windows,central locking with remote operation.
I have had a few of these cars recently,non with this colour scheme,it is not a bad car at all, I will get it serviced and a few small jobs done,I am interested to know what vaue you put on it,it is not to everyones taste but is starting to grow on me and is certainly a head turner.I will sell the car in the near future,I can be contacted on 07770 672733 ask for mike,I will try and post some pictures when I get some.
