no power to fuel pump or starter

hi i have a 1992 4 door saloon, the trouble i got is that i have dash lights but the power to fuel pump or starter, the dash lights dont dim or any thing.

please help.

Check fuses, if its only the pump affected and nothing else, its most commonly a blown fuse. Have a visual look at the pump and make sure all connections are strong before replacing the fuse.
