Dexron III is the fluid and its good to use in the diff aswell.
The fluid is ment to be life long fluid in the gearbox but it wouldn't hurt changing it at the 100k mile mark.

CJ-4 was Introduced in 2006 for high-speed four-stroke engines. Designed to meet 2007 on-highway exhaust emission standards. CJ-4 oils are compounded for use in all applications with diesel fuels ranging in sulphur content up to 500ppm (0.05% by weight). However, use of these oils with greater than 15ppm sulfur fuel may impact exhaust aftertreatment system durability and/or oil drain intervals. CJ-4 oils are effective at sustaining emission control system durability where particulate filters and other advanced aftertreatment systems are used. CJ-4 oils exceed the performance criteria of CF-4, CG-4, CH-4 and CI-4.

90w 120 would be suitable as long as its NOT got the LSD additive.
I thought that aswel Chips but iv heard from people that have used it and have had no complaints.

The type specified by the vehicle manufacturer in your car's owner's manual. Straight weight 30W and 40W oils aren't very popular anymore, but some diehards insist on using them. They say the thicker oil holds up better under high temperature, increases oil pressure and reduces oil consumption in high mileage engines.
