Where is the OBD II connecter?

I have a 1995 325i sedan and i have been looking for quite awhile to find the obd II connecter. am i just just not looking in the right spot or does my car not even have one?

Is it the connection under the steering wheel?
The ONLY Hellrot Red 323 in the world, emmm except for the other few thousand dotted around the world.
