Hello, Today’s post is contributed by our friend Paul. He sent me yesterday some photos that he thought will be cool and asked me to check them out. When I did I thought they’re going to look great especially as wallpapers. Take a look at them. I particularly like the 6th one which gives you a feeling that you’re still inside your BMW E36. Even if you’re actually at work. Don’t you just love that feeling?
Enjoy:-

It’s time for a new poll here on the BMW E36 Blog. In today’s poll, I decided to ask you about your car’s lighting setup? I need to know what do you guys use as your headlights? Are you using the OEM setup from BMW or other alternatives? What about Xenon (HID) ? This is your chance to show off :p
About the previous poll, the question was "What do you think of the posting frequency on the BMW E36 Blog?". 71 votes were made which is good compared to 43 in the previous one. The result of the poll was that 46% of the voters said that the posting frequency was slow and that they want more. 40% said that they’re satisfied with the posting frequency. Take a look at the result of the vote below:

With such a result, I can see that many of you are happy or still hungry for more posts on the blog. So, in the future, I will try to work harder on the blog and put more effort to make more (and better) posts. I will try to keep it reasonable to avoid drowning you LOL!
Alright, now it’s your turn to vote for the new poll. Please take a look at it on the right sidebar and let us hear your opinion. Have fun!

Hi Guys, after I posted Bugatti Veyron VS Yamaha R1 . . . How About That? yesterday, I thought of searching more about it and to find out more about the Yamaha R1 motorcycles and I’ve found another video which puts the Yamaha R1 in direct comparison with the Porsche 911. Guess who wins that race? 🙂 I won’t tell you. Take a look and see how unbelievable the result is. By the way, take a look at Jeremy and how he looked when he was young. I have to admit, he looks cute 😈

Hi Guys, we all know that the Bugatti Veyron is a fast car. No, it’s incredibly fast car, but what do you think will happen if you put that car against a motorcycle like the Yamaha R1? I don’t have much knowledge about motorcycles, but the Yamaha R1 is … well, it’s a motorcycle which has a big advantage over cars because of its light weight. Second, it has a very good acceleration (It does 0 to 60 mph in 3.48 seconds!). So, which is going to win this race? Well, I won’t tell you, you will have to find out yourself!

Hi guys, The old models of BMW E36 used to come with water pumps that have plastic impeller (I think the cars older than 1996) and these are real bad boys, they easily fail and almost always with a very bad timing as well. In today’s video, you can see the first sign of a failing water pump. I think checking your water pump should take a minute or two, but it will definitely help you avoid any future overheating problems which can cause more serious damage to your car such as blown head gasket. If you have succeeded this test, it doesn’t mean that your water pump is in best shape, but it can at least give you an indication that you’re doing fine and that the water pump is not going to die on you in the next two days! 😀 I suggest you do your homework to avoid doing it at the most improper times for you.
