316i m44 surging problem

Hi guys
ive got a 1997 316i with a m44 engine,if i drive it below 40mph its fine but if i go above this the car surges if i take my foot of the gas,ive changed the intake boot and the ccv but the problem still persists also tried another tps,am i missing anything silly before i take it to my local and get it plugged in

Did you check the throttle position sensor?
