angel eyes problem/window problem

right guys i have a p reg bmw328i
got it very cheap and doing it upslowly lovre the car andlovethe speed anyway got someangel eyeslights bloke said they areeasy ti fit which they were but 21 ring on either side doesnt work how would i go about testing etc and also could there been comon problems i need to knwo about thanks.......

also where cans i get cheap window motors fcrom as my windows dont come down or up but they make noises

For the window motor you could look on ebay, really good place for car parts, and if there are any german breaker near you they should have one or they should be able to get you it, or even if there is a breakers yard near you ask them on where to get a cheap one, as for the angle eyes, i dont know much about them, i think they run of an led bulb, i have just bout a set of aftermarket headlamps with angle eyes fitted inside and they run of an led bulb, just like the new bmw.
