I have a 2003 525i, manual. The warning light for ASC+T/DSC has been on for months now. I asked an independent mechanic if that was a problem, he said no. At the BMW dealer, I was told I needed to bring the car in for a "diagnostic". That system is supposed to activate automatically when the ignition is turned on. Any bright ideas?
