E36 328 coupe - what brake pads?

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has any recomendations for fast road/track brake pads? I'm running Black Diamond drilled ventilated discs with standard pads. But when used on track days I'm getting brake judder back up through the steering wheel after 10-15 mins or so of hard use. Let things cool down & it's back to normal, so I think the pads are glazing when they get hot. Was wondering about trying EBC Red Stuff pads. Anyone got any experience?

Not being a racer, I can only state ceramic of any brand would seem to be best.
