Loud beeping noise

Postby carmogida on Tue Jan 29, 2013 3:12 pm

I have a 1997 328 and just recently it has beeped 3 times while driving. This usually only happens once while driving but it is a very distinct 3 beeps. I can't tell where it is coming from but the general area is by the driver side somewhere in the dash or maybe in the speakers but I don't think it is coming from the speakers because it is only in that area of the car. I can't figure it out and I have tried to take note of what is going on with the car and my driving when it happens and there are no similarities.

Anyone?

It's the MEMO function. Press the MEMO button button and the little icon will disappear from the tome/date screen.
