can i lower my e36 by 40mm without changing my shockers? cheers

Yes, i think you can do that, but your shocks will not last for long. I suggest that you replace the springs & shocks at the same time and from the same source. I think this is better if you're intending to do the job right.

hi just curious..

most aftermarket springs forthe E36 will drop ur car between 30-35mm... which springs are you on wt a 40mm drop - on stock shocks i assume??

adjustables should give you the desired drop..ie, Bilstein PSS9... good luck!!

iv been told apex type 3B,C will drop 40mm without changing shocks have a look on autotintdesign.com they sell them there.happy moddin

wot is the best setupp for lowering 318is as the kits from gsf say not 318is
dont want really hard ride just a little more stable
