now ive fallen in love with it but i have a problem.

when the car is not moving it overheats. the fan does not seem to come on to the raidator. now i have checked the water level but thats as far as my expertiees goes, hence i could really do with some help on how to fix this issue.

Welcome Italbot.

Have you had a look in the fuse box to see if you haven't just blown a fuse? After that I would be connecting the fan to a 12volt power source to see if it's just a dead fan or a bigger problem.

just to give you an update...

last night some idiot crashed into my car, splitting the rad in half, taking the nearside fron wheel clean off the car including the suspension and the part of the cassie.... oh and put the engine into my dashboard...

so unfortunally i can not tell you if your help actually would of helped.. thanks any way...

Any ideas on how to fix the new problems... LOL

oh well any one got a 3 seris for sale... has to be an SE and have cruise control.... Leather would be nice but not a must. would really like it in white and with no problems.... for around £1500 will travel anywhere in UK for the right car????
