Subframe bushings

Postby Rabadash on Mon Jan 13, 2014 7:53 pm

I'm wondering if any higher mileage E36 owners have experienced worn subframe bushings yet. A sure sign is audible "klunking" on a directional change. My service advisor has recommended having a body shop do the repair, as it may save some money, but it looks like a big bill either way.
